Salad..It's not just a 2.6mm orifice. It also closes on backfire and extreme vacuum.
(and yes, the tube from it is only an "L" as you said.)
On the MAP tube. You want it small to prevent any delay. Also you want it angled down to the TB so fluid can't puddle in it. I used the remaining pieces that were intact, and my lighter to make bends, then fit small vacuum line. Careful with the heat, it's a small tube. It's not a supper snug fit, silicone on ONLY the rigid tube, back a bit from the end might help. (don't restrict it with a small tad of silicone in there). A small screw can be used to extract the broken piece from the rubber plug in the TB.......I actually used a small extractor, but of course that doesn't need left hand threads.
