The Mopar name is the crankcase vent tube. The one in the front is PN# 5303 0991, the one in the back is 5303 0495. I had to replace the one in the front because I cracked it while I was trying to get it out so I ordered both of them plus the grommets they require(PN# 2946079). Total for all three parts was $21.13.

And some other mopar part numbers for all the pieces for the 2 different hoses for my 98. I guess they are the same for yours.

5303 0991--PN for the from outlet piece
5303 0495--PN for the rear outlet piece
2946 079--PN for the grommet for both pieces
4854 180-- Vent tube for front to the air cleaner box
4854 265--Vent tube for the back to the intake manifold

I had to go the dealer to get this stuff.

Sweet thanks man!! Ill call tomorrow and see what they have. I would guess they are the same! They wanted $185.00 for a whole kit of vacuum lines and crap as well as that tube.

So i found this.
http://www.quadratec.com/products/51309_1000.htm
but the bottom where it fits in the valve cover looks nothing like mine. How is it not going to move up and down? Mine has a tiny lip thats it and thats what is breaking but this one has like at least a 1" that looks as if it goes inside the valve cover??
someone help please.
Thanks.
