When i put the cold air intake on my xj, i had no ports for the breather. Right now i just have it rigged up with a piece of gause over the end of the 90 ontop of the valve covers. I was looking at filters, but I dont know exactly what i need.
This is what i found, anyone wanna link me to what one I need?

 

I have this set up and i just used a spectre breather that i picked up at the auto parts store.

1" is too big.

I used a spectre breather with a 3/4" neck and a grommet set, both of which you can get at autozone. you might want to buy from amazon though- they came down several dollars since I bought one.

here is a pic of it installed.


it was difficult to get the 3/4" grommet then breather into place- you wont get a 1" in there I dont care what anyone else says.

 

I went to autozone and picked up a 1", works great. Problem Solved.
