I cant remember I kno the module was black the jeep was beat up bad in the front too, it amazing tge vac ball wasnt creamed, but the the module bolted up right on the side of passrnger side right bout behind the battery, it bolted to the side of fender on the passenger side. The big hose that went from looked like a cable attached to it over across the motor around where the vac brackets and throttle body is. It was broke off so I cant find where it originally went to it looked like my jeep didnt come, with tgis part . Doesnt look like I have mounting holes in the same spot the module was. But the cable looked like some kinda kick down maybe.

I'm trying to add factory cruise to my 2000 xj sport... would I have this vaccum ball even though it didnt come from the factory w/ cruise?

I added a new clockspring and the proper switches and a servo for my project but I still dont have the cruise functioning. No airbag light now and my horn works

I found it. Is it work trying to get a replacement either new or used or if my vents all work proper, it's safe to say that isn't the problem?

I am going to go with if all the vents work proper that is not your problem.
Check the little line with the vacuum line "T" that goes to the actuator.

connect a long hose to a intake manifold port.
Blow cigarette smoke through the hose.
Fix where it comes out!

You may have to stuff a rag in the throttle body to keep it in.
which hose do I use to blow smoke in a 96 jeep XJ?

Brake booster hose would be fine.

What issue are you having? Are you aware that the 4.0s intake manifold bolts come loose?
