vacuum canister
what is the foot ball shaped plastic piece behind the rh side of the front bumper with a little hose running into the end. Mine is cracked would that cause it to run rough and get bad gas mileage thanks

Hi and welcome to CF. Yes it would make the motor run bad and you would lose mileage. Its actually the vacuum canister that holds the defroster,heat and AC vents where they belong when accelerating. I would go to a JY and replace it...Tj

It'd make the Jeep run bad? I thought it was just vac related to the HVAC and cruise (if equipped)?
