did you try taking the throttlebody off and cleaning it with carb cleaner? take the sensors off to and clean all the little spots good. this can help smooth the idle a bit to if its dirty

before doing anything else, let me suggest something i got from a 20yr veteran jeep mechanic....
Run an entire can of seafoam through the intake and then immediately shut off the engine. Let it sit for a couple of hours. Then take the jeep to an area you can do this without getting in trouble and do 15 to 20 minutes worth of back to back 3000+ rpm runs. The soak time will loosen up any crap on the valves. Jeep valves begin to rattle at 3000 rpm's, knocking the buildup off. Essentially, it is a poor man's valve lap.

Disconnect the CAT and see if it fixes. Might have knocked a bunch of junk loose with the SeaFoam- Also, there'
s an O2 sensor on the exhaust near the cat- pull it, scrub it and put it back- might be gunked up-
Good Luck-
Keep us posted.

not sure if you mean the rear o2 sensor, that one wont do any harm besides throw a check engine light. the rear one simply lets the computer know if the cat is functioning properly.
the pre-cat sensor controls the air/fuel mixture, so if anything, clean or replace the pre-cat sensor (think its like $60)
also, lugnut, i didnt mean the electrical connections on the wire harnesses, i meant the clean the chamber that the idle air motor sits in and the end of the idle air motor itself along with all the little cracks and crevasses of the throttle body (open the blade manually and clean as much of the gunk as you can.)
this is kind of what the idle air control/motor looks like

The LAST thing i'd change is the plugs. Everything else you clean will end up there. Like the crap you knock loose from the throttle body.
PS.
My bud turned me onto using a small head rotating electric toothbrush.
You can get the AA battery, disposable ones from Walmart only cost about 5 bucks and will save you a bunch of time.
Keep us posted.
Good luck.
