The stupid thing is sucking oil out of the PCV so now it smokes like crazy, won't idle, and it will barely rev up. If I unhook PCV from carb and plug carb the carb the PCV blows oil out everywhere. Could a clogged converter cause all of this? I know blow by is what cause oil to come out of PCV. But the engine was rebuilt. Around 3000 mi ago I gues I'm guessing he rings didn't seat properly or something if oi am having this much blow. By

i would do a compression test, you are right about the ring prob not sealing correctly, but they should have sealed already if you had 3k on the engine, So do a compt test and get back to us
