Default Upper shackle bolt srewed to frame?

Hey, newbie question again. Changing my rear shackles to adjustable, but was wondering if there is a nut that will drop where it will be a pain in the butt to get at when i unscrew the upper bolt? PB'd the heck out of it this last week and boy is it still a fighter. I would have it out but didn't want to make life more difficult. thanks for your help and experience.

the nut is not welded but it is held in place with a metal keeper that keeps it from turning, but if its rusted bad the keeper will spin and make it difficult to get the bolt out. spray some pb in the frame hole on the nut,
good luck
