I've never paid a restocking fee at RockAuto for a return. Those were mainly parts that said they fit my application but didn't, however.
There are certain parts that I will buy from a brick-and-mortar store for the lifetime warranty and ease of return, however, and a radiator is one of them.

The two times I've had issues with Rock Auto orders, they took care of me quickly and without issue. The last issue I had, I received a tie rod end that had been opened and was missing the grease zerk. They sent me a whole new tie rod end.

Buy the pre-mix, or buy the straight stuff and also buy distilled water. Then measure carefully.
Nah, too much hassle. Just buy the premix.
The FSM says it's 12 quarts, so, 3 gallons. I'd pick up 4 just to be safe, because it never hurts to have some on hand.
