Unknown 4.0 howling

Can’t diagnose 4.0L howling when running (w/ vid)
I’ve got an 87 wagoneer XJ and it howls whenever the engine is running and I can’t track down what the noise is. At first I thought it was the alternator cause it sounds like it’s coming from there but idk what would be howling in there. Anyone have any ideas? It sounds like it’s coming from the front left side near the alternator or power steering pump. Here’s a video
