Yea i am hoping i can use some pb blaster and the ez out and hopefully it will come out. do the studs screw out like a normal bolt would or are they reverse thread?

they unscrew like a normal bolt. i tried doing the double nut to unscrew it but it wouldnt back out of the hole. i ended up getting the double nuts pretty tight and hit it with a small torch and it backed right out. if i get a ezout locked into the broken bolt, i'll prolly put a torch on that one too.

So i finally got around to pulling the two studs out. what a pain in the arsh. for the one i grinded off flush with the unibody i had to go to lowes to get another ez out set because mine wasnt big enough. and some bigger vice grips. i finally got it after a lot of pb blaster and a lot of heat with the ez out. the other one that i had not touched and looked normal, i just put a lot of heat on it and actually used a huge pair of vice grips and used two cheater bars to close the grips on the stud. it finally came out too. what a stupid design.

thanks for all the help fellas
