NSS
Oring in oil filter mount
Oil pan gasket
U joints
And rotors

I guess a cracked manifold and a faulty CPS are pretty common.

god I love having crank windows and a 5 speed... No NSS... no Window Switches...

Depends on the generation. My '94 convinced me that I could pretty much own one of these forever...so long as I changed the waterpump every 50,000 mi. That's the only thing that ever left me stranded.

I thought the same thing, then my window crank handle snapped off in a rain storm.

Yeah, but even then you could grad the shaft with a multitool or pliers and work it closed.

I had the power windows on my Grandwagoneer short out during a rain storm with both rear windows stuck fully down. That sucked.

Rear main seal. Power lock actuators get gummed up and dont work.

plugs/wires
o2 sensors
CPS
TPS
IAC
NSS
vac leaks
master window switch
WW motor/ rear wiper
u joints for sure... accompanied by an allignment
saggy leafs
electrical gremlins out da ***!!! (ugh)
wiper bushings (wipers not going down as far as they should? )
TC linkage
DS failure
evap leaks
DW issues
open diffs
...jeezus, do i really have to relive every issue ive ever had with my xj? guess so...

Haven't heard of cracked manifold?
Does any one mysterious plugs hanging on the passenger side above the evap canister? Or on the passenger side under dash

could be jeeps generic wiring harnesses. or youve got something like unhooked evap lines? idk...
