Turning and exhaust noise. What could it be?
I noticed the other day at the gas station that my XJ makes a slight squeel/squeek when making a mild tight turn. I know XJ's dont turn on a dime like small cars, but this was just a turn like you would do in a drive through. Bad ball joints maybe?
And last, I noticed a rattling noise coming from what seemed like the muffler. I cut the girl off and visually checked as much of the muffler as possible and found no holes. Any ideas? Thanks everyone.

sounds to me like the noise when turning is ft axle joints starting to go.
other noise could poss be the torque conv bolts. just remove the inspection plate, check bolts for looseness, and then use a small mirror to look for cracks in flexplate. good luck.
