Tried to fix the common problem that irritates us, that darn turn signal relay. Went to the autoparts and bought the replacement relay (BWD R3177,) installed it and nothing; turn lights and the emergency lights where dead.

Installed the the old relay and nothing.

Could there be a fuse that I blew?

Turn signals where where problematic but working and the emergency lights where fine.

What were they doing that was problematic?

If you don't find a blown fuse, it's probably a bad turn signal switch. Common issue.

 

The hazard lights where working fine until I replaced the turn signal relay now neither the hazards of the blinkers work.

So something got damaged with the replacement relay.

 

What relay? Do you mean the Combination Flasher?


Here's your PDC. Look for the Combination Flasher fuse.
