I noticed the other day that my left turn signal blinks ALOT faster than my right turn signal, bad ground?

Usually that means that a bulb is burnt out. Turn the blinker on and walk around your XJ to see which one it is.

Yep, the speed of the flash is determined by the load placed on the flasher relay. When a bulb burns out it significantly reduces the load, causing them to flash much faster.
All of the lights seem to be working fine. Just to clear some things up, the fast blinking side will most likely be the side with the bad bulb right? And, what are the number(s) of the bulbs so I can buy some extra. Thanks guys.

a couple lines that I clipped from posts:
~~~2357s are the heavy duty/brighter version of the 1157 combination tail/signal light bulb.
795s are a halogen single filament bulb replacement for the old 1034s like you have in your reverse lights. Much brighter.
