tune up ?'s for a 2000

Engine: 4.0 I6
When I replace my spark plugs and coil pack bolts, is it necessary to use a torque wrench or can I just make sure they are snug? Here's a write-up that gives the specs.

I may get set a blaze for this, but I have never used a torque wrench on spark plugs, and I have never had any issues. That is just me, and I'm sure that it will get debated, but I have done a lot of tune ups over the years, and not used a TW once on plugs. I just use discretion when tightening them. You can feel the crush washer collapse, and that is where I stop...
