Tune up gone bad?

I texted the mechanic about plug gapping and he called me seconds later told me the plugs were gapped that it's not the plugs or oil pressure sensor causing this. Said it has to do with the throttle body since it was cleaned he said something about needing to flush through the system. Kinda lost me. But he did agree to meet me after work at the AutoZone to look at the jeep.

It helped cause if not for those comments I would have waited the 100 miles or so. So I'm going to be starting a new thread in tech about exhaust systems. Look forward to reading your input.
