Ok so i think I've got this all figured out. I went through and checked on how much everything is, ok well not everything, I kind of just guessed on most of the fluid prices, but they should all be somewhere around $20. So heres what I've come up with:
Spark Plugs $7.86
Cap and Rotor $21.79 + $7.60 = $29.39
Spark Plug Wires $18.05
Air Filter $5.16
Oil Change $20
Oil Filter $2.26
Fuel Filter $4.18
Coolant flush and Replace $15
Tranny fluid $20
T-Case fluid $20
Differential fluid $20
Serpentine belt $26.79
Brake flush and bleed $19.24
Front pads $19.04
Rear shoes $16.32
Sea Foam $20.51
So after everything, it comes out to $263.80. But thats doing everything and I still have a two inch stack of receipts to go through. Does that seem right and was that everything or did I miss something?
And thanks again to everyone for the suggestions.

Use the Bosch plat +2 or +4. I used them on my 89 and 01. I heard iridiums last 50,000 miles.
The cap and rotor it was sends the spark to the plugs.... There will be 6 spark plug wires coming out of it. Same side and behind the alternator. Between the 3rd and 4th plug. Next to the oil sending unit. If I had that model, it would show u. My 01 isnt a cap and rotor. But you CANNOT miss it!

I actually looked at the spark of the Plat and the Bosch. Doesn't matter the tip size. The spark is the same, unless there is a fault. I know they work, just spun my wheels next to a cop today. Wet roadway. With the single electrode, I would not accelerate that good. My info is from usage and being a parts manager. But I guess that's why we have options. I'm looking to try iridiums.

the firing tip has lots to do with the performance of a spark plug
any fouling on it, and it will greatly increase the resistance of the plug which can cause a hot spot in the combustion chamber (can you say pre-ignition) and lower the usable spark generated.
Not to mention I have seen quite a few of those bosch multi-path plugs crack their insulators, and I dont know about you but a chunk of ceramic material bouncing around in my cylinder is not a nice thought

I've always used Champion plugs in mine. They're the only thing that lasted and ran good. I recently picked up the all-in-one tune up kit from Accel, so I decided to give the Accel plugs a try and so far I like them...

Well, I stick with what I know and used for about 6 years. I haven't had any issues and had plugs last for 6 months. If the ceramic came loose, they were defective and were dropped before u bought them. Seen things tossed at Autozone or cleaned from others trying a part and was returned. Me on the other hand, truck day is Wednesday, I get my own parts off the shelf.

Sea Foam $20 ?? Dude, it only takes one can of Sea Foam.
I don't have anything that needs the treatment right now, but I think it's awesome stuff, so I was thinking about grabbing a couple cans while they're cheap.
At most auto parts places, it's about $10, at WM it's about $8, and Advance has it on sale right now for $6.99. I just checked, and it's $6.78 every day at Menard's, of all places.
While you have your throttle body off, you might as well undo the bracket that is holding the 3 cables that you had to unhook from your TB. Then go ahead and pull the fuel rail, so you can get your injectors off to flush them. Find the thread on here, or vid on YT about "DIY injector cleaning". Making the jig is kind of neat, and it's a good way to closely inspect your injectors. If they all work, and are clean, you can put them back in, or go to the JY and pull some 703's.
When you reassemble the TB, you might want to hit the return spring, and all 3 cable connections with jigaloo, or some other kind of silicone lube.
If you do install a new IAC, know that the first time you drive it afterward, you will hear some cat-fight noises under the hood. That's just the IAC adjusting itself.

Actually, I'm trying to find out if there issues with the iridiums. I would love to have plugs that last longer. That looks like they had pre-detonation from bad timing components and/or settings. I'm pretty sure that cause, was due to someone no changing them when suppose to or lack of maintenance. I have pulled those same plugs and have had only minor carbon. But also, I don't leave them in for more than 6 months. I'm pretty sure, like with all cars, they wait until "my car won't start" or "it dies when I accelerate". Common issues. But without being there to see the car, it looks like someone forgot to change them!

judging an automotive part by how it performs in 6 months is by no means a grueling test.
I had AC delco platinums in my Trans Am for 4 years and it was fine, I bought into the hype of the bosch platinums (funny enough in college when I was a parts manager at a pepboys) and put them in, my gas mileage dropped and the throttle response, needless to say after about 10K they were out of there, I put the delcos back in, and everything went right back to it had been before.
and no it just wasnt bias, I keep a log book with mileage between fill-ups
dont believe everything they teach you in those product knowledge courses at the counter jockey classes
