There ya go! $40 is still walking away cheap if you think about it. if you bought s new hitch to put on yourself, $150+. now all you need to install it is a couple bolts and your set. your in on that hitch for probably a max of $55-60, depending on how many bolts you need.

Well, I still had all the hardware for my universal hitch that didn't fit on the Cherokee (which I wound up selling on CL for 50 bucks)... originally had the hitch all lined up in the wrong spot so the bumper wouldn't go back on... had to undo a bold from the don't leaf spring and switch the bolt around, positioned the hitch, ground off the bead that someone had welded onto the front and inside lip... I'd say I made out like a common friggin criminal!

Don't know if this will help but I had a Valley hitch on my '95.The mounting nuts were on a sheet metal plate that you fished down the frame rail. When I got my '01 it fit prefectly into the mounts for the gas tank skid plate.

That's how I installed my uhaul hitch... I'm quite sure that Reese makes the uhaul hitches... cause they're identical...
