Default Troubleshooting help

Jeep was running perfectly fine.

-Friday went to leave work and I thought i blew a fuse becaue the radio, windshield wipers, turn signals, and cigarette lighter didnt work.

-Sat went to check fuse, started the jeep and everything that wasnt working, worked fine.

-Sunday everything still working fine, but now it sounds/feels like its missfiring. Puttering at low RPM, lower power etc.

Any ideas before I start replacing plugs, wires, etc?

Check all your major grounds, Negitive wire, and look for unwanted grounds also.

How many "grounding" sources are there on the jeep?

-negative ground wire from battery
-engine ground
-?

Thanks Guys!

Edit* I can't even find the engine ground.. I found the ground that goes from Battery (-) to the engine block, but no ground straps from engine to chassis
