trouble pumping gas...
Whenever I go to pump my gas it stops way before its done and I have to keep pulling the nozzle out and pump it little by little. I'm also sometimes getting a code p1495 - leak detection pump solenoid circuit. I'm not sure wut exactly is wrong, but I'm pretty sure its got something to do with the EVAP system but where do I even begin? Are there any tests to see which problem or part it could be? I don't think its relavant but every now and then I also get the code p1698 -no bus message sent from tcm. By the way I have a 99 jeep Cherokee.

I have this problem at one gas station has something to do with there nossel just put it in half way and see if that works. Our old caravan had same issue
If I recall that is an Evap problem, there a test a DRBIII can run that will check for evap leaks. What it does is it jumps your RPMs up and trys to hold a vacuum, using the LDP. I haven't done too many Evap system problems yet so much knowledge in that area is limited.

There's a Picture of where you LDP is, you might want to check the area make sure the thing isnt all gunked up, all the wires are still there and aren't burnt through

That fast fill issue is common in Jeeps.
Overfilling the tank, or tipping the vehicle at radical angles with a full tank, can spill liquid fuel into the evap system hoses that connect to the fuel tank. The system is only made to handle vapor, not liquid, so that could be what's causing it to code out. it could also cause enough back-pressure to fool the pump into thinking the tank is full.

Here is your homework on the trouble code you are experiencing.

I am having the same problem and know it is NOT the nozzle on the Pump.
If the jeep is just now having this problem then the new solution is the Breather is BLOCKED. There is a valve behind the rear wheel well that is closed. What I wanted to know if it has a reset button or fuse or the unit itself is at fault?

DUMB answer How far do you put the nozzle in! "Really"
