Default Trouble with oil pan

Does anyone have any ideas on how to remove the two most rearward bolts on the oil pan? I'm trying to change my RMS but have hit a brick wall with the last two bolts. There seems to be a rubber gasket in the way that is attached to the flywheel dust cover, I'm not to sure what's it's called but I can't seem to get any socket or wrench on them because of this piece. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Jeremy.

I had the same problem. I don't know if it was some really hard RTV, or what, but I used a big screw driver and a hammer, didn't take a lot, but once it started breaking off, it came off easy. Get it there with a light so you can see where your hitting. I knocked just enough off to get the socket on the bolts.......RR

How I did mine was I ground the walls of my socket down on a bench grinder. Then it would fit on the bolts.

Also, I did use a 1/4" socket, to give me a little more clearance....RR

Is there a way for that collar piece to come off? And what it's called? This is somewhat frustrating because not many threads talk about those last two bolts and it sounds like everyone is able to easily unbolt them and take down the oil pan which isn't the case for me. Also that collar piece is never mentioned.
