Transmisson Control Module Question
I have a friend who has a 1997 Jeep Cherokee Sport.She needs a TCM for it.The question I have is do the AKO81987 number need to match . I see some of them have 97A and others have 97D what do these numbers mean. The part # is 56027951 Thanks for any help You can give us on this problem. Tim

Forget the other gobbledygook numbers.
I checked with my favorite Mopar site and that OEM number is the only one for a '97 Heep.
