They say its a bad idea to power flush the tranny. So I decided to use this technique which changes pretty much all of the tranny fluid without putting any higher than normal pressure through the system:
-disconnect the tranny tube that goes into the stock tranny cooler (the lower one)
-connect a tube from that output line to a bucket and have someone turn the car on for a few seconds and it will spray fluid into the bucket
-keep refilling the tranny to keep it full
-repeat until you have flushed about 10 quarts through or it runs red
-reconnect the tube to the stock cooler and top off to the full line on dip stick.
