In my experience misfires that are serious enough to jar your teeth out are normally more serious than just a bad plug, wire, etc.
Personally I'd do a compression test on the third cylinder to make sure it's still within spec.

Did you have the misfire before replacing it? What exactly was replaced, the Fuel rail? Coil Packs?
Agreed with Mr. Flintstone on the Bosch plugs. Not a big fan. Plain old NGK's might be a better choice.
Do you have any O2 codes stored? Anything other than the misfire code and the Trans solenoid code in there?

And the codes that Im reading is for catalyst below effiency. May be a bad cat but it was just replaced within the past year or so. So im just gonna go ahead and replace the o2 sensors and go from there.
So just those 3 codes, for now..

From what my codes were read to me about 4 or 5 months ago, it was cylinder 1,2, and 3 that had a misfire. So I guess I got somewhere by replacing the fuel rail.
