99 XJ, 4.0, AW4....

I've been searching but no joy. If someone could chime in to clear up my confusion, I'd greatly appreciate it!

I need to replace or "rebuild by transmission/exhaust isolator bracket as the hole is badly ovaled out. From my searching there seems to be 2 significantly different brackets that are supposed to fit my year (see above). My parts manual states 5205882 is the bracket for mine but other sources state that this second type will fit as well.
The hanger rod has been replaced with a clamp on unit (Dynomax) so there is some measure of adjustability.....
