A while ago I had a leak in the transmission oil line quick disconnect where it attached to the radiator. When I replaced the radiator, I just decided to slide a hose over the fitting coming out of the radiator and clamp it, which worked for a while but is not leaking again.

I would like to make a permanent fix and was trying to find some sort of fitting that converts from the chrysler quick disconnect to barb fitting. I found these:

But they appear to only stock the old style quick disconnect and my jeep is a 98 which uses the new style quick disconnect. Can i use the old style quick disconnect on the new radiator? If so, what size is the quick disconnect?
