Transmission bolt size
Well, ive been trying to find the source of an annoying sound coming from my jeep. while under it today i found that well... one of the bolts that holds the engine to the transmission is well.... too short. Its long enough to get through the transmission but stops short of the engine. So can someone tell me the size i need so i can go buy a few.

Assuming you're dealing with the 6-242, the upper screws are 3/8"-16 (1.75" long, I think) and the lower ones are 7/16"-14 (I think those are 2.25" or 2.50" long.)
If you have another engine, let us know - the screws are different.
