my transmision will not shift i have to shift it manual, and a have no crusse controlle but me speedo workc good

Trans control maaaa whatchamacallit I can't spell its under the dash on the passenger side. I think.

No you can run without one and the trans will still work.

My 90 would not shift at all. I can't remember if I could shift it manually or not. Its been awhile ago. But the reason it wouldn't shift was because I had a bad throttle positioning sensor. Don't know if it will fix yours but its a suggestion.

TPS is linked in with the transmission it may be shot or needs adjustment.

First place I'd look is up under the pasenger side dash where the TCU is. Transmission Control Unit. Just below the glovebox is a wire harness wrapped in a bit of yellow tape. In that tape is an inline fuse that can fail or corrode causing all of your problems.
