transfer case linkage positions

transfer case linkage positions
I just installed a 231into my cherokee and I'm having trouble adjusting the linkage and also does anyone have a close up picture which way the rectangular piece of metal that's actually attached to the tcase goes? Hopefully it just needs adjusted and it isn't messed up! No 4x4=no fun :|
