Default Transfer case bushing

So goin to replace all the bushings and gromets on my linkage but no clue how to get all the rods out to get the new ones in, in the pic its the one at the top(green one) and the two black ones and then the whole plate which is held in by two screws, ive looked everywhere nowhere has a full instructions on how to get these out thanks for the help

They are a real PITA, mine arent near as bad as yours and the linkage still pops apart all the time. I dont know if this link interest you but im planning on doing it to mine soon, it really simplifies the linkage

If i were to change and simply it i get the novak kit but the stock works for now, just need to change these out, how do u get the rods out just pry them?

Yeah i just got in behind them with a flat head screwdriver and pryed them out, some pb blaster or something might help but you pretty much will destroy the bushings

So theres no way to unbolt the linkage pop the bushings out and put the new ones in the bolt it back in? I just hav to pry the linkage out of them?

If you want to remove the entire assembly half of the bracket bolts on to the back of the transmission and the other half bolts to the body, that link i posted above shows how alot of it comes apart

Thanks for the help, just could not get the rods out of the gromets, goin to tryin again in the a.m anyone else hav an easy way or just mostly prying them out?

its just manning up and prying them out... there's no secret recipe its as easy as looking at it and saying "hmm.... i guess prying them out'll work"
