What color is the fluid? How does it smell?

Are you on stock gears? Do you have a tranny cooler other other than the factory one?

The fluid is red but not as red as if it was new..I use to have a leak then I fixed it (maybe that's it cuz im not adding some every week)...I did not smell it..if I do what would be a good smell lol...yep im on stock gears with a factory cooler..but my tie rod is bend to so this was just a trip down to the store like a mile away...I did stall out in kinda deep water..if there is water in it that's prob it huh..I just thought of that..

Just drain the fluid out the drain bolt and see if that fixes anything. Can't go wrong with new fluid in there. Make sure it's dex/merc III
