Trans cooler fitting broken any advice?

Aftermarket trans cooler okay?

Had a leaky trans line, used pipe cutter to cut the metal line and put a rubber line in its place, turns out the leak was the fitting in the lower side of the radiator and can not find them ANYWHERE. So i think im going to just replace it with an aftermarket cooler

except you lose the important function of the radiator immersed section

it was explained to me this is vitally important for absorbing thermal shocks, even when the "coolant" is 100C

it goes without saying it serves an important function if wherever you live gets at all cool..warming up the trans fluid temp

correct range of fluid temp is vital to long life

that is why most/all OEM vehicles use that system
