Tranny Question

My son in law just bought a 94 and for the second time in two weeks while sitting in park with his foot on the brakes the jeep lurched forward about a half a foot. I told him it may be the tranny linkage but he wanted me to ask "the experts" also...lol...Tj

the tranny on my 96 wouldnt go into park came to find that the bracket on the tranny was bent causing the problem straightened it out and welded in a gusset works great now
