Tranny problems
Just a couple days ago my jeep started doing this wierd thing were if it is in drive and I'm stopped when I hit the gas it really just doesn't want to go. It moves slightly but if I put it down into first and shift through the gears myself it is fine. Yesterday the check engine light finally came on and it threw the codes PO700, PO758, and PO705. In really confused. Can you guys help? I saw a thread like this a while back but now I can't find it.

Sounds like it could be a TCU issue. I remenber a way to test was to unplug the tcu. Then manually shift. If it did then your tcu was bad. Yours could be completely gone. Your nss shouldn't have any bearing on that issue.
However you have a 99 and tcu is part of ecm so u can't do the above. Unless its 97-01 that has tcu under drivers side dash. Someone else will have to confirm that.
I would try to reset comouter first though.
1. Unhook POSITIVE cable
2. Touch positive cable to negitive batt post for 30 seconds.
3. Reconnect positive cable
4. Turn switch to on but don't start
5. Headlights on
6. Headlights off
7. Switch off.
8. Try it out.

P0758 points to a trans solenoid (B) problem.
P0705 is a bad NSS (you'll also get this code if you jumper it)
P0700 is a general transmission control fault.
Might be a solenoid gone bad and you're starting in too high a gear. Check the resistance of the solenoids, inspect the wiring and plugs.
The NSS code- might pull it again and pull out the springs just a bit to tension them.
The P0700 will probably clear when you fix the other codes.
What's the fluid look and smell like? Gunky fluid can stick the solenoids too.
