so my 98 classic shows the typical signs of needing the aw4 solenoids replaced, whats quaility ones to use / or cheap ones to avoid. dropping the pans no fun so i want to put good parts in one time. dealer prices are way too high as usual, autozone parts i wouldnt trust in a at. wheres napa fall in the mix ? or some other quality source. thanks

This is probably where all resellers buy from.
I bought input shaft for Mustang online for $80, but shaft was delivered from Transtar.
I called local Transtar, their price was $60!
If you buy solenoids online, don't be surprised if you gat them from Transtar.
Find local Transtar in Yellow pages.

 

Transtar buys their solenoids from Rostra. I got mine from their Milwaukee office.

 

i have oem used ones and some that were used for 2 weeks. make an offer if interested
