Lightbulb Tranny fluids help

Hey all i have a quick question. my 01 grand cherokee has about 134k and i need to add some tranny fluids. i saw in autozone the castrol 1qt. high mileage automatic tranny fluid. would that work ok with my car? thanks

always refer to your manual for the correct fluid and stay away from the so called "high mileage" fluids of anykind....just a money making gimmick.

Stay away from that crap just top off with ATF+4 ,Or do a service and refill with ATF+4...ATF+4 is the fluid the 45rfe was designed to use from the factory ...When I see Lucas and other temp fix garbage I just think of a dude trying to get something running long enough to unload it . I got 166k on my WJ ,and it certainly has not had an easy life , but the 45rfe behind that little v8 is like new even after all the abuse .
