ok so i loosened the bolts, next I moved the middle female "sleeve" until the steering wheel moves? i may have moved it to far because now my sway bar on the drivers side is hitting the inside of the body.

let me rephrase that the top of the sway bar link, the bolt head is whats hitting

most lift companys sell them a adjustable track bar is they way to really fine tune here if its in the budget, the bracket will help but its not exact

do i need to adjust the tierod too? there is definitley a nois if i turn it hard like its going to fall of the body.... its really strange. im hoping it will fix today when i put a new stabilizer shock on.

thanks for the website. and all ur knowledge. problem i have run into is, the original bolt for the track bar is too small and causing a ton of noise through out the vehicle. if i hit the smallest bump my truck makes noise as if the whole front end will fall off, if i hit a huge bump its normal, i believe the problem is due to the bolt holding the bracket not being big enuogh, so i will find out tomorrow when i go to the auto parts store and change it out and take it for a test run. this car being a dd is over. it is now entering a stage of time to just be an awesome money pit.....

cant get a larger bolt from harware store ?hardest graade would need to be used . also just noticed your from ill im orig from peoria left back in 1970 my cousins are still there ,you guys are getting some freaking cold weather tonight and in the am ..my cousins are in washington ill

Ok so now I figured it out and it's all good and driving fine, that's pretty cool UR from Illinois, I'm not sure where Washington is, I am about 45 min northwest of chicago. Thanks for all UR help man.
