Default track bar Q

im on my 2nd track bar in less than a yr,, only has 31" tires and no real heavy wheeling, the bushing on the rear keeps going bad( end of the track bar bushin),, just a thought,, what would happen if i machined a solid bushing and replaced the rubber one?,, is it gonna vibrate more than it already does? (i cant find my vibration, the only thing that is moving is the bushing) or am i gonna be breaking stuff now cuz there is no movement,, just wondering,, thx guys

I'm not sure why it would be eating the bushings so fast. I've had good luck with the energy suspension bushings. is it wallowing out side to side? maybe you need a longer track bar.

I have a little movement in the bushings on both of the Jeeps here, I think that's probably normal. is the bolt worn down? that could cause exessive play.

You need a longer trackbar. Look into getting an adjustable one, then if you lift it higher you just adjust it out more and there you go, you're good.
