Track bar issues.

Default Track bar issues.

i've put 3 different track bars on and they all do the same thing. right at the knuckle there is play up and down, and where the bolt goes up in. the at is not moving on top. and i'm pretty sure this is giving me the death wobble and i have to drive it 2 and a half hours to school saturday. HELP

IM not real sure about what end your talking about but the axle side bolt hole does get walled out and allows the track bar to move, ive seen people weld a washer to one side to help with that . also check all the ball joints for ware and balance the front tires.

its like dropping down and going back up but the bolt with the cotter pin is not moving along with the track bar. the track bar bracket is not moving either. the tires have been balenced twice.

oh so on the ball joint side , well the ball joint is bad you need a new track bar.

just a thought is the taper on the track bar mount messed up so the ball joint is not seating right or all the way in ?

i looked at it. not really that close and it looked fine. can you also give me a definite yeah that that is what is causing my DW?
