Default Track bar

I went to take off my track bar and I couldn't get it off the frame so used a pickle fork and the joint stayed in the bracket and it won't come out I was wondering if anyone had this problem or could help thanks

Yup. I had that problem on the driver's side rear-ward bolt (thankfully just that one). It happened while replacing the mounting bushings. The nuts are blind (with no access) welded inside the frame box/rail. The weld broke during disassembly allowing the nut to turn freely. I torched-off the old bolt and knocked the (already loose) nut inside the box/rail. Drilled-out the old weldment, built-up new weldment, drilled again, loaded a new (obviously larger) nut, made it flush to the surface, welded that, ground the surface flush then painted over it. Good as new!

...Five minutes later... Oops, sorry. Wrong bar. You said track bar but I thought stabilizer bar. Low blood sugar. Need food...

the tappered stud is what is stuck.

essentially a smaller version of this:

you need to use heat or another option is to take the bracket off and you will have more access to hit the stud out. just remember when you put it back on to torque it all down

beat on it harder and heat it up if you need to. repeat process until it falls out.

or just un bolt it and buy a double sheer set up so you have the good stuff
