If you can't drive the bolt out with a punch, then you will need to burn the bushing out and replace it with a new bolt.

Yes. Use a vice or a piece of metal with a hole in it under the bushing sleeve and use a pin punch, which is straight, not tapered. You should be able to knock it out with a decent sized hammer.

I'm gonna try the vice with a slightly smaller bolt pushing on the seized on, with a block on the other side with a whole in it for the other one to push out.
thanks for all the help guys. I'm really kinda sad that, that too hours to do.

If all else fails, you will have to burn out the bushing and replace it. I do it that way. But mine are always shot when I pull them.

well I'd need an adjustable one anyways
NO, you cannot drive it without a track bar. you need to replace it, or at least the bushing before you can drive it. You can get a new bushing at autozone, but get the two peice if you can, you wont need to press it in

Well I finally got it out, but I melted the bushing. So I'll try and get the two piece one tomorrow.
And I wasnt going to drive it with out it, I'm not that dumb. I was just wondering more of what would happened if i drove with out it. haha
