Well I have warranty on it so I'm just gonna take it back to him and tell him what's wrong and that I want another tranny.

Diagnosing the problem should be first. If your NSS was reused, it may well be part of the problem, or the whole problem

The solenoids can be tested for resistance through the 7 pin connector beside the trans dipstick. The 8 pin is for the NSS, and it should be checked in all positions.

Your trans has been replaced twice? So that would be 3 trans all with the same problem? I seriously doubt it. You already stated that it shifts OK manually, so that suggests an electronic problem.

Whats the normal resistance that the solenoids should read at? and what should the NSS read at? Im not really good with the Volt meter

IIRC, resistance for the solenoids is in the 11-18 ohm range. The NSS is to be checked for continuity where you need it and make sure you don't have it where you don't want it. The specifics are in the AW4 manual and AW4 diagnosis manual. If you're not comfortable with testing, and this isn't complicated, then make sure your trans guy has the manual(s) and suggest that he do the testing. Likewise, pressure testing and time lag testing should also be done, and he should have the tools and know how.
