Default Too much flex?

I was at a tyre repair shop today and they lifted the jeep by putting the lifting arms under the frame beams and I am wondering if that should flex the jeep a lot?
I noticed that I could not close the doors after it was lifted like this. Could there be a major crack somewhere? I do not think it should flex to the extent where it is hard to open/close the doors.

I know it's not uncommon that doors close with difficulty while the vehicle is lifted by the frame, but it should return to normal once the vehicle is back on the ground.

So if they are still difficult to close after it's resting on the ground you may want to investigate because something is broken or bent.

Well, after it was placed back on the ground it was all ok again. But the front passenger door was not possible to close at all when it was lifted up. Other doors seemed to be better.
I mean I am concerned because when I got the jeep it had a crack across the windscreen which suggests high-flex and now the door closing issue.

Could you suggest some common places it could crack? I checked the places where the suspension joins the body and those places look ok.

the frames (or lack of) on these xj's are very thin, and with twisting and turning things won't line up, it doesn't take much.
