What is the best bang for your buck and cheapest way of lifting your cherokee? For some one that wants to pull off a 31x10.50 tire or possibly a 33x10.50 without cutting or removing fender flairs.

And where is the best place to purchase one from? Everyone please chime in and give me some prices.

This was just covered. You have multiple options from multiple manufacturers. They range in quality as well as price. The concensus was the best bang for your buck was either RC or RE and within that two there are a couple of choices.
The poster finally decided to go with a RE SF kit with full leaf packs IIRC.
That was a 3.5" kit and easily handles 31s and you have options if you decide to go to 33s as well.

A lot of good information there, so feel free to read it over and form your own opinion. RC is the cheap way to go, RE is the quality way to go. From there you're left to decide what's more important.

 

Yep I am going with teh RE 3.5 SR kit myself..I looked at Rough Country and RE and RE for me was the best deal...It'll handle 31's easily maybe even 32's...If you want 33's go RC 4.5" but then to get a good ride based on my research long arm is the best option beyond 4" of lift...If all you want is 31" tires and not a ton of lift then the RC 3" kit might be a viable option...

Now if you want cheap then you can get coils off other vehicles and make a bastard leaf pack...Ride won't be the best but can be done for cheap...

Personally I'd opt for a kit with new leaf packs. You replace both the coils and leafs and you get new control arms and such which will make the jeep ride better in the end..

Trust me I have grilled these guys so much on lifts to help me think out loud so to speak.. I think RE for the money is the cream of the crop with RC closely behind them..Granted there are many other options out there that are better but cost way more..RC has an awesome product RC has probably one of the best customer service. So decide how much lift you want what size tire and what you want to do with the jeep then make the choice..Bottom line you get what you pay for.

Either can be purchased directly from the manufacturer. RE can be purchased through Quadratec of 4WD Hardware, not sure about RC.

Just a heads up, with 33's you are going to have to trim your front inner fenders no matter how high you go. So be expecting that.

Agreed. For the price, there are far superior options out there, and I refuse to cut corners on things as important as suspension components. I've heard too many horror stories about Rusty's parts (broken LCAs, failing trac-bars, etc.)

Yeah, NTW does have decent prices, and they're not too far from me. You can also try www.fullsizexjgear.com. It's run by a guy in my local club, and he takes good care of you. He gets a lot of good deals through RE.

 

you have "heard" these stories!!! have you ever had an incident i have ran multiple things from him in the past two years with excellent results and will continue to give him my business and recommend him to everyone. Instead of RE "Ridicuously Expensive" stuff!!!
