TJ springs will give about 1/2" more lift.

It depends on the coil, should have clarified that. Sorry.
Take a look the the spring data in the link I posted and you'll see that there are a variety of heights and combo's out there. No 2 manufactures are exactly alike.
Yes, a ZJ coil will be be stiffer than a XJ coil if you're referring to Rubicon Express spring, but not all coils are created the same.
