TJ coil springs on an XJ
you are talking about the front springs, right?
IIRC they are something like 3 inches higher than the XJ springs, so 5.5 would, in theory, net 8.5 inches. I might be wrong about the length though...

So in theory 3'' tj coil springs would lift a xj 2ish inches? I have some laying around but dont really know how big they are I was just told there were tj 3'' lift springs.

i know its an old thread but wth, i have a 87 xj with 2" coil spacers up front, my buddy is giving me 2.5" lift springs off his 98 tj... so according to your info i should have about a 3.5-4" lift after all is said and done correct?
