Default Tires?

about to order a set of 33's. what are the best tires for a vehicle that will never see pavement?

I was looking at Wrangler MT/Rs, TSL Thornbirds, and Pro Comp X M/Ts.

thoughts on those options? any other good options?

bobcat heavy equipment tires... theyre cheaper than you think (cheaper than most offroad tires)

only downfall is if you go on pavement you wont make it far AT ALL

im getting some for offroad use only cause they are better than anytire ive used offroad.

This question needs more information to be answered, as in where will you be wheeling? Are you talking mud only, or will you be doing desert trails, maybe rock crawling, or are mountain trails what you like?
This will make a difference as to what would be considered the best tire.

Mostly wooded trails. Some rocky sections, some sand/mud areas. Mostly just mud though.

pitbulls are the best "truck" tire IMO you can get a bias tread compound that does better offroad but wont last on street, and radial.

still especially since your wooded trail and mud mostly, bobcat tires will kill every other tire in that terrain. they also do good on rocks.

asa long as theyre wide you wont be disapointed I PROMISE!!!
