Question Tire PSI Won't Go Above 30?

Hey guys. I'm running Goodyear Tracker II tires on my stock Cherokee, 235/75/15. I keep all my tires at 35 psi. But, for some reason, I can't seem to get my driver's side front tire to go above 30! I have a little 12 V pump, and i know they're slow, but this thing would not pump. The three other tires were still at 35, but this one was at 25. So I went to pump it up, 10 minutes later only at 30. 8 more minutes went by and still at 30! I thought maybe it was my pump but I lowered the pressure on the other tires to 25 and it pumped them up within a few minutes.

So, any ideas on whats up? I did notice one time, after washing my car, that I might have a stem leak? The stem was at the bottom of the tire, and water had accumulated in the rim, submerging the bottom of the stem, and I could see air bubbles come out from there, but not much.

I'm thinking of trying Fix a Flat first, then maybe going somewhere to get a stem repair? Anybody know where?

Thanks for the help in advance

Yeah, sounds like your loosing air at higher pressures.

Take it to a tire shop, garage etc and have the valve stem replaced. Tire slime wont fix a leaking stem.

Never use tire slime on a tire unless as a last resort, as in I can use this or sit here all night.
Anyway that's my .02
