just take one of those 4 way tire irons, some 3 foot long poles on two sides of it, then TWISSSSSSSSSSSST, and POP! you are home free, just dont hit yourself in the face

Or if you have a torch heat them and turn them off. Or do what the dumb*** did when i but bought my rims off of a project jeep and literally melt the damn lug nuts off. But be prepaired to sand off the burn spots if you decide to melt them off the lugs.

close you have to pull them in with the lug nut they do not screw in once you knock the first one out you will see how they go back in its easy

Cant really help with the lug nuts more trial and error than anything. Impact sockets might help. Local shop might get them off cheap. As far as the 5 speed. Buy one with a stick in it. Its cheaper than doing the swap. I work at a salvage yard and still cant justify doing the swap. I own a 2dr 5 speed and love it but like my 2 autos for driving around town when I so rarely leave the dirt roads.
